Point Cook Football Club is excited to announce a brand-new role within our club: Head Coach – Girls Football.
This is an opportunity to help build on the strong foundations of a successful female football program. Our U19 Girls team claimed the 2026 EDFL Division 1 Premiership, the club’s 3rd female football premiership in 2 years. The club also has a significant number of players selected in interleague and the Western Jets pathways.
As Head Coach, you’ll mentor our coaching group across the female program, evolve our game plan and strategy, structure our preseason and in-season training, and help establish the high performance standards our players are ready for. Most importantly, you’ll help continue to build the culture that will define the next chapter of girls’ football at Point Cook. While the primary focus initially will be the U19 Girls team, the approach will be applied across the broader female program.
We’re looking for an experienced coach and proven leader who can help our talented players push toward elite pathways — We strongly encourage female coaches to apply. VFLW / AFLW experience preferred.
This is a paid role, with remuneration between $4,000–$6,000.
Our girls’ program is central to the success of the Point Cook Football Club, and we are looking for a leader who’s ready to invest in it.
