RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.

After 15 days, have elapsed following the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Membership & Registration Fees
  • Event Tickets (Except Club cancelled events)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any Item is not in its original packaging, or
  • Any item which has been damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds: (if applicable)

  1. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)

  1. If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some amount of processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and have still not received your refund, please contact us at treasurer@pointcookfc.com.au

Sale Items: (if applicable)

  • Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

  • We only provide replacement items if the original item was defective.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at merchandise@pointcookfc.com.au

Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail it to Point Cook Football Club, PO Box 6268 Point Cook, Victoria 3030.
  • The purchaser is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your return address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75AUD, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
